Use of services


Clarity provides AI-powered workflow automation, case management tools, and digital assistance designed to support QME, IME, and related medical evaluation processes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. Clarity reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if misuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms are detected, or if your actions interfere with the stability or security of the service.


Eligibility and user accounts


To use Clarity, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your region.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up to date information. You are responsible maintaining the security of your credentials, promptly updating account details when they change, all activity that occurs under your account. Clarity is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.


Use of services


You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the platform, its systems, or its users. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, reverse engineering any aspect of the software, introducing viruses or malicious code, interfering with platform functionality, or using Clarity to distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. Any such conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.


Intellectual property rights


All content, software, design elements, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property available on Clarity are the exclusive property of Clarity and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes. This license does not confer ownership rights, nor does it permit copying, modifying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform without prior written authorization.


Subscriptions, payments, and fees


Certain features of Clarity may require a paid subscription. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize Clarity to process payments through your selected payment method and agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees may be recurring unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policies. Failure to process payment may result in limited access or suspension of your account.


Service availability and limitations


Clarity strives to provide a reliable and efficient service; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors. AI-generated insights, timelines, and outputs may not always be fully accurate, and you acknowledge that the platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Clarity disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether express or implied.


Limitation of liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or financial losses. You acknowledge that any reliance on AI-generated information is at your own discretion and risk.

Clarity is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected through the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may process and store data to operate the service, enhance user experience, improve performance, and maintain platform security. Clarity does not sell personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
